The National Library of Poland is open from 8.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m., Monday to Saturday.

The collections of the National Library can be accessed by anyone aged 13 or above who has registered with the Library and holds a valid library card. Minors aged 13 or above require written consent from their legal representative in order to register. The relevant registration form is available online – see Annex to the Conditions of Use of the National Library of Poland.
