Visit of the Director of the National Library of Morocco
The National Library has been visited by Ms Samira El Malizi, director of Morocco National Library, accompanied by Kawtar El Maazi, the head of the communications department of that institution. Guests were greeted by the head of the Polish National Library, doctor Tomasz Makowski.
During their visit, the guests met representatives of the National Library and visited our treasury at the Palace of the Commonwealth as well as the digitalisation and conservation labs.
This created an opportunity to exchange experiences in the area of digitalisation and preservation of collections as well as to strengthen co-operation between our institutions based on an agreement concluded in 2022.
