Ukrainian Independence Day

Dear Ukrainian Friends!

We celebrate the Ukrainian Independence Day at a time marking the 12th year of the war and the 4th year of a full-scale Russian invasion. The Ukrainian people have proved the world that for them, freedom has for decades now remained the highest value. We Poles share the same values and are happy to be able to celebrate this day together.

This year may we wish you that this be the last Independence Day celebrated under war conditions. We wish that the peace you will win be just and lasting. Our heartfelt wishes go to our Ukrainian friends, both the ones who celebrate the day in their homeland and those with whom we share every day in Poland.
