Conservation services
The National Library offers its services in the following areas:
- drying out frozen collections,
- disinfection of collections with Rotanox gas, together with airing out,
- microbiological examination and measurement of paper acidity,
- professional conservation reports concerning the state of preservation of collections, the conditions for their safeguarding, and expert advice.

Price list for conservation services
- Drying out frozen collections – 16.00 zł per 1 kg
- Disinfection of collections with Rotanox gas, together with airing out:
- for a volume of 1 m3 – 500.00 zł
- 1 item – 10.00 zł
- Microbiological examination – 30.00 zł + 23% VAT for 1 sample taken from an item
- Examination of paper acidity (contact method): from 30.00 zł + 23% VAT
- Professional conservation reports: from 80.00 to 200.00 zł + 23% VAT per 1 hour of work.
